Service Scope: The cleaning service covers the removal of dirt, sludge, and contaminants from water tanks, ensuring they are free from harmful substances. The service does not include structural repairs or water quality testing unless specifically mentioned.
Booking & Cancellation: Appointments must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 50% charge of the service fee.
Service Warranty: We guarantee the thorough cleaning of your water tank. However, we are not responsible for any contamination that occurs after the service due to external factors or improper maintenance.
Customer Obligations: Customers must ensure that the tank is accessible and empty before the service begins. Any delay or additional work required due to non-compliance may result in extra charges.
Payment Terms: Full payment is required upon completion of the service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online transfers.
Liability: We are not liable for any damage to the water tank or property unless it results directly from our negligence during the cleaning process.
Privacy: All customer information is kept confidential and used solely for service provision purposes.
